Indian People should Look After Their Health


I Live in India and often I see that junk foods are a daily habit of Indian population.
Due to the invasion of the western junk food industry in recent years(ig-KFC, McDonalds, Pizza) into
Indian local market.

Indian Society has accepted the DARK SIDE of Globalization.


In the western countries, they are making things more difficult by attempting to stop fat shaming.
First everybody needs to understand that we have to start having healthy eating habits. A person can
Maintain a healthy life by eating the suitable things for his body.
Healthy eating is not about stay being thin or dislikes the food you love,

DRINK PLENTY OF WATER



  • If you are vegetarian then you have more chance to stay fit.
  • For a good health, you must have green vegetable, fruits.
  • An Easy way to have healthy, you should start your day with a whole grains.
