When I was a kid, I used
to visit to fair with my older. We used to walk here and there. One thing was
common , when everyone return to their house, they never forget to buy jalebi.

- Use pure ghee
- Don’t use high flame to heat the oil.
- Use the pan which is flat bottomed.
- Have balance of sugar syrup between thin and thick.
